Part 1: Remove Android Lock Screen

Launch PassFab Android Unlocker
Launch the product and select the feature "Remove Screen Lock". After that, connect your Android device to computer by USB cable.

Remove the Screen Lock
Situation 1: Remove Screen Lock on Most Android Devices
For newer Samsung devices or other Android devices, choose "Remove Screen Lock", and then click "Start" to begin.
Now, you will see a reminder: "Removing the lock screen password will erase all data on the device. Are you sure you want to proceed?" Click "Yes" to go on.
Wait for a few minutes and your Android lock screen will be removed. Click "Done" to finish the process.

Note: You will lose data while using this feature.
Situation 2: Unlock Early Samsung Devices without Data Loss
For some early Samsung devices, PassFab Android Unlocker supports removing the screen lock without data loss on Windows. To begin, choose "Remove Screen Lock without Data Loss".
Then click "Start" to begin removing screen lock on old Samsung device.
Next, select the correct device name and model according to your Samsung phone and confirm your selection.
It will automatically download the data package. After it finishes, click "Next" to continue.
Then put your old Samsung device into download mode according to the instruction, and click "Start" to remove screen lock.
Finally, wait for a while, the screen lock will be removed successfully.
Part 2: Remove Samsung FRP Lock

Connect Samsung Device
Connect your Samsung device to computer by USB cable, then select "Remove Google Lock(FRP)".

Select Device OS Version
Select the OS version of your Samsung device and click “Start”. If you don't know, click on the below "Don't know the device OS version?" to check.

Remove FRP Lock
Before starting, you need to check the on-screen notes and confirm. Then click on "Start". The following guide is divided according to the device OS version you selected, so just choose your Samsung version and go on.
For Android 11/12:
Note: In this process, a third-party applications "Alliance Shield" will be needed, the usage is in line with their terms, and if there is a violation of your rights, please contact us.
PassFab Android Unlocker will send a notification to the locked Samsung phone that has been connected to the PC.
On the locked device, click on "View" to go to Samsung Galaxy Store.
Follow the on-screen instructions to go to Galaxy Store and download the "Alliance Shield" app.
Open Alliance Shield and go to the login page. You need to register a new account for this app. After sign in, enter the device model and tap on Next.
Follow the steps to turn on "Device admin" and "Knox". Then go to App Manager and search for "service mode"
Turn on Service mode and check "MTP+ADB". It is important to check this option and allow USB debugging on your phone. Then unplug and replug the USB cable to your Samsung device.
Next, PassFab Android Unlocker will start removing the Google lock, please wait for it to finish.
The last step: after the program removes the lock, you can enter the home screen on Samsung. Go to Settings > General management > Reset, and factory reset your device to completely bypass the FRP.

Restart the SAMSUNG device (Android 6/9/10 & Android7/8)
