We hope you have a thrilling purchase. However, if you need a refund, we are always here to help. The refund request will be replied within 24 hours. All customers under the refundable circumstances are entitled with a 30-day Money Back Guarantee.
Part 1. Refundable Circumstances
Under the guidance of a money-back guarantee, PassFab offers refunds for following circumstances.
1. Duplicate purchases
If you purchased a product repeatedly at the same time, refund or exchange another product at the same price are all supported.
2. Wrong purchase
The refund of your wrong purchase will be accepted after you buy the correct product from the official website of PassFab.
3. Paid higher than the price
If you paid higher than the price of the product, please check if it is tax or bank service fee first, and contact the tax refund organizations or the bank for details. If not, it might be service fees charged by the third-party platform, like download protection fees and physical CD, which ensure that you can download the product even if you change the computer. You are free to choose if you purchase these services. If you paid for them accidentally, we will help you contact the third-party payment platform to return the service fees.
4. No registration code received in 24 hours after purchase
If you purchased any product from the official website of PassFab and paid for it successfully, but did not receive registration code through email within 24 hours (we recommend that you check the Spam inbox), or did not find retrieve registration code from our retrieve registration code page, PassFab will offer you refund.
1.2 Automatic Subscription Issue
Customers can cancel automatic subscription at any time before next renewal by contacting the support team or referring to the cancel subscription guide. If you contact the payment platform (mycommerce.com or paddle.com) directly, please make sure that you have received the confirmation email that renewal service is cancelled successfully. Or you will still be automatically charged. It's recommended to contact PassFab support team to cancel it directly.
If PassFab or the payment platform responds that the renewal has been canceled, but you still get charged on subscription day, you can provide corresponding evidence (screenshot of the email from PassFab or payment platform that the renewal service was cancelled successfully, etc.), we will return the renewal payment to you.
1.3 Product Issue
If you encountered any technical problem while using our products, please contact PassFab support team first and cooperate to locate the problem, including providing screenshots, log files, or accepting free remote services provided by PassFab. If the problem cannot be resolved, and you are unwilling to wait for an upgrade or other compensation plan, PassFab will offer refund. Once the refund is issued, your license will be deactivated.
Part 2. Non-refundable Circumstances
In the following circumstances, PassFab usually does not allow refunding.
2.1 Purchase Issue
1. Change of mind after purchase
If you change your mind after purchase, or you already purchased a similar product from another company. In this case, PassFab will not refund.
2. PassFab product price differences between different regions or channels
The product price in PassFab official English website is US dollar and located in United States by default. In different countries and regions, the price will be different. If you ask for refunding in this case, PassFab will not refund.
3. Refund request claimed that did not receive registration code within 2 hours after the order was successful
Typically, PassFab will send registration code within 2 hours after the order is confirmed successfully, but sometimes the registration code cannot be received in time due to network, system glitches, spam settings of your mailbox, or email typo, etc. In this case, please contact PassFab support team or visit retrieve registration code page to obtain the registration code, all queries will be responded to within 24hrs.
4. Refund request for dissatisfaction caused by misunderstanding of the product's functions and capabilities.
Please check the product page and guide page on PassFab website, and try the free trial version before making final purchase decision. If the product conforms to the content promoted on the website and faithfully executes the task according to the function description, the refund request will not be accepted.
PassFab does not offer refund of software if the product fails to meet customer's needs due to customer's lack of understanding of the product's functionality. However, PassFab can directly replace the purchased product with the correct product if the price difference between the products does not exceed $20 during the warranty period. If the purchased product is replaced with the correct product at a lower price, PassFab will not return the price difference.
2.2 Subscription Issue
The automatic subscription service is not requested to be canceled before the renewal date arrives, no refund will be accepted if customers get charged on the renewal date.
You will get a notice about automatic renewal cycle on the shopping cart for all PassFab product licenses with renewal service. Once you complete the payment, it means that you agree to the renewal feature. You can contact PassFab support team before renewal date arrives, or follow our cancel subscription guideline to cancel the automatic subscription. If you do not cancel the automatic subscription before renewal date arrives, we will not give a refund once you are charged on the renewal day.
2.3 Product Issue
Request refund for technical trouble, but refuse to cooperate with PassFab support team by providing details for troubleshooting.
Part 3. About Product Circumstances
A customer requests a refund for technical problem, but refuses to cooperate with PassFab Support Team for troubleshooting or providing details and related information or refuses to use the solutions provided by PassFab Support Team.
A refund request after product change with customer's consent due to quality problems.
Once you agree to replace it with any other product you like, any refund request is not acceptable, regardless of whether there are quality problems or not, but we will do our best to provide corresponding solutions for your replaced product.
In addition, refund requests of more than 30 days are usually not refundable, but we will do our best to provide you with corresponding solutions or replace them with other equivalent products that are of interest to you.
